I know that I get sick of hearing time and again that X person "doesn't speak for me." Okay, I'll grant that Fred Phelps doesn't speak for the Christian community as a whole. But Dobson? Robertson? C'mon. These guys absolutely DO speak for the Christian community. And as long as they do, it's going to continue to reflect negatively on Jesus -- because I'm pretty sure they don't speak for HIM so much. Great question.
